HP9845B - Language Processor board (09845-66515)

The original board made in Germany in 1978 is equipped with a hybrid processor and TTL circuits. Board size is 253 x 125 mm.

In mid Feb 2026, I have decided to develop a new Language board, a replacement with Motorola CPU. This new board should also replace RAM board and RAM/ROM board.

  • 4 Mbyte SRAM
  • 2 MByte ROM
  • Math Coprocessor 68882
  • PTI 68230
  • DUART 68681
  • RTC DP8570
