The BH1410, a rf variable gain amplifier works with gain flatness in frequency range from DC up to 130 MHz. However the frequency limit is around 300 MHz. An input signal is in range from 10mVpp to 5Vpp.
The adjustable gain is in range over 40 dB and can be adjusted either manually by potentiometer or by microcontroller with SPI bus.
The BH1410 rf variable gain amplifier has an optional rf input/output and a reference oscillator switchable to output with a rf relay. The frequency of reference oscillator is fixed and can be in range from 1MHz to 100 MHz.
The BH1410 rf variable gain amplifier is powered from external ±5V and +12V power supply.
